Sorry for the late reply, i was busy with schooling.

i checked in my D:\drivers for any intel chipset drivers, but all i have is only Chipset and Intel wireless display are the closest ones i have. So what should i do now?

Intel chipset

Well i checked it again, and it was located at the C Drive. do i have a intel chipset in the D drive instead?

nope. the one is in the d drive is executable file. when you run it, it extracts the files c. you should run the setup file from c:\drivers\intel ***

Ok overwrote it.

But i still have the same exact problem. One of my ports still cant use 3.0 USB speed.

Is there another solution? or maybe i might have done something wrong?

Because i have been having this since i bought this laptop, i think.

as i said before, you don't have three usb 3.0 ports. you only have two usb 3.0 ports.

I know i only have two 3.0 ports, on the left side, side by side, blue.

But i can only use the left side, blue, closest to the Audio jacks. the other one next to the ENTERNET jack does not do 3.0 speed for some reason, even with the over write.

So only one out of two 3.0 usb works as a 3.0 usb. but i want to use both 3.0 usb with the 3.0 usb speed.
