The Drive repeatedly used to stop working, in the sense, pressing the eject button would not work...
Of the previous two times that had happened, it started automatically, after few re-boots or soo..
But this time, its again not working.. Neither can I insert any CD/DVD nor does any indication comes when I press the eject button [ The low sound or the light or the slight vibration does not happen]
But, when i right-click on the drive in my computer n say Eject, the light indicator works.. thats the only thing happening.
Can u please tell me what I must do... I have warranty till 2011.
Please help me out as to how I must go about it

ya, thought so... so called up customer care n they registered the complaint n have redirected me to a service center...
i'l b going there soon, n they said it would be covered on warranty.. hopefully it does
