Is it possible to overclock the GPU and CPU a lil' bit in my y510p ?? If yes, could you please tell me how much can i boost it up and if it's worth it though...?

If you use the Intel Xtreme Tuning utility you can adjust the multipliers but that is all. The CPU already runs way to hot (and throttles as a result) so overclocking it will only make it worse. I did the opposite and undervolted mine so not only does it run cooler but it doesn't throttle anymore so it actually runs faster then a stock one.

Cooling pads will help a bit but it really depends on what pad you get. Best you can hope for is maybe around a 10c difference in temps.
Not only did I undervolt mine but I also played with my turbo ratios to give me a bit lower turbo but it can sustain it for MUCH longer than the stock configuration.

Yep, correct. For gaming I use a cooling pad but I also had to repasted my Ultrabay GPU because it was overheating immediately. I only use the Ultra bay GPU occasionaly and I normally just keep the DVD in the ultrabay and use the intel iGPU for most tasks (it produces much less heat and uses much less power so it increases battery life). You can't use the iGPU when you have the ultrabay GPU installed.

That was my next question. So you accualy have intel graphics in your laptop. In my case i cannot find it in device menager and when i try to install the drivers it says that the system does not meet the requirements. What's up with that?

All the y510p have the iGPU, it is part of the CPU. It is not accessable when you have the ultrabay GPU installed and it cannot be used (it a limitation of optimus). In order to use it you have to remove the ultrabay GPU and install the intel drivers. Once you do that you can still only use it when the ultrabay GPU is removed (there is no hack or tweak that will allow you to use it when the ultrabay GPU is installed).
