Is your laptop under warranty?
If not, the keyboard can be removed, and it will dry faster.
A hand-held hair dryer may help, even with the keyboard in place.
Just don't turn it on high!
To remove, download the Hardware Maintenance Manual
from THIS Lenovo page. (Adobe PDF file).
Unplug, remove battery, and start on page 50, removing
the Keyboard cover, power board and touch inductive panel.
Then the keyboard.
If you are not comfortable working on your computer,
find someone to help repair it.
If drying it does not help, you may need a new keyboard.

Thanks for lending a hand as always!! He may need to call service if drying it out doesn't work. We have a spareparts websales site for Idea - www.lenovospareparts.com, however checking the Y460 and Y560, only the Latin American keyboard is listed at the moment - the system is fairly new and I would expect more parts to be available there soon.
The websales are North America at the moment, but I expect them to expand to include other countries.
At the moment, service in India may be best source.
