Plugged in, not charging

My battery status is 4% available(Pluggedin, not charging).


I already removed Mcrosoft API Control...it didnt help...I bouht this latop 9 months ago. Please advise.

Hi
Try holding the power button for 40 seconds after taking out the battery and unplugging the charger.
