Possible to send laptop back for usb repair?

On my Lenovo Z70-80, all the USB ports are broken. There are 3 total. The 1 usb 3.0 port is shorted some how, one of the 2 usb 2.0 ports, my laptop fell on my usb mouses reciever and is dented it and broken, and for the other usb 2.0, the inside thing to keep the pins straight fell out, and the pins bent. Is there a way to send my laptop back to lenovo for a repair?

Possible: certainly.

Practical: maybe

The ports are soldered to the motherboard. so you are looking at a motherboard replacement.  I have no idea of the cost
