Problem connecting new devices

Hi everyone Smiley Happy
Since few days I'm having problems with connecting new usb devices to my laptop. All devices connected after afresh OS instalation (Win7 x64) works fine (windows was able to find drivers by itself).

Now, I can't connect even a simple flash drive (windows can't find drivers online). I'm having this problem with any new device that was not previously connected to my laptop.

I've tried to re-install chipset drivers from lenovo download page but I got error message during instalation - "unknow error ocurred" Smiley Indifferent

This is the second time im having this problem with my laptop. First time I didn't have time to search for solution so I just reinstall the OS, but now it's getting really anoying. Reinstaling Windows every couple of days is not an option anymore...
Thanks for any help! Smiley Happy

Re: Problem connecting new devices

Instaled driver from 1st link. After restart nothing changed Smiley Sad

Couldn't reinstall drivers from 2nd and 3rd link - error during instalation Smiley Sad

I've tried to update drivers at intel website but my mainboard can't be recognized Smiley Sad

I was thinking about flashing my bios, what you think? Now I have 5DCN38WW(V2.05) is there any update?

Re: Problem connecting new devices

I've run the update but it didn't change anything Smiley Sad Tried to install drivers from links you posted but again got an error message :/

Is there any way to reflash (not just update) bios? Or there is no difference betwen updating and flashing the same ver?

Re: Problem connecting new devices

can you try to install drivers from your local disk? the drivers should be located at d:/drivers. ( intel chipset drivers)
