Do you mean that you can not access the bios? If yes, try powering down your unit. Wait for a few minutes then press the NOVO button. You should be presented with a menu. One of the option is to go to the bios. Select it by clicking your touchpad.

Thanks for the reply, I have tried all possible ways novo button, pressing
all each and every function key while system boots. The novo button is
presenting me with the menu but when I select an option its just starting
the windows normally.

Thanks.

I even tried that also restarted through UEFI firmware settings without any success. Opening bios is a very basic thing of any system this is wierd that I can't open that.

1. Turn the computer off and remove the AC adapter and battery

2. Press and hold the power button for 20secs

3. Reconnect the battery and AC adapter.

I even tried that as said all possible ways as sais by everyone but no use, the customer service people say its a manfucaturer fault and they want my laptop to take to their warehouse and find a solution for it.

The customer Service is very poor I'll never recommend anyone to buy a lenovo product. And they even charge for their fault which is rediculous.

Thanks,

Durga Prasad
