Do you have any Devices Connected to it like USB drive, SD CARD printer or any USB devices?
Try unplugging those and check.
Opening you Bios by hitting F2 right when you power the computer on
If successful in Going inside the BIOS Options, Hit F9 to load defaults then Enter
then F10 to Save and Exit then Enter,
Check if these will make changes

Try pressing the Lenovo Onekey Recovery Button and see if this will boot you to the Recovery Mode.
A Hardware part is preventing your system from booting up to the OS/HDD,
Can you try checking this manual in Removing the HDD and RAM,
Try Removing the HDD and turn the system ON without it,
Check if it will still stuck on the Lenovo Screen,
If it does, still without the HDD, check your RAM maybe use one module and one slot and try interchanging it see if the computer will go past the lenovo screen or show any changes.
Or if the system is still within one year From the date of purchase, you can contact Lenovo Support here for assistance

Does it stop at Lenovo screen again?
This is most probably a Software Problem since it works fine when you revert it back?
Can you try accessing BIOS by hitting F2 during boot, Look for Secure boot inside BIOS and disable that
see if that makes a difference.
