Hello Warrior_hamed

Thanks for using the Lenovo forums.

Try to download the Video and Chipset drivers for the unit from the support page.

Make sure to reboot the unit after an update.

Hope this helps, let us know how you get on.

Re: R9 m375 graphic cart is missing from device manager -z51-70

hi krakken , the problem is the hardware , i think that my gpu is disconnected or is a faulty gpu because i was played lots of games with this and also it was working good , im sure there is no driver problem , cause when i trying to reinstall the driver , installer will tell me he hardware isn't detected ,
is there anyway to reconnect gpu ?
my laptop is in guarantee time , but i am in hurry , i doesn't have time to send my laptop anyway to open this laptop and reconnect that gpu ? or i have to send this laptop to guarantee ?
sorry for bad eng ...

Re: R9 m375 graphic cart is missing from device manager -z51-70

It may be a faulty part.

If you`re confident, then you can open up the unit if you follow the hardware manual of the unit. You can find this on the  support page.

As long as nothing is damaged then the warranty should be fine.

Otherwise, it will be best to send it off for a repair.

Hope this helps, let us know how you get on.

Re: R9 m375 graphic cart is missing from device manager -z51-70

Sorry about the late reply warrior.

If the repair centre saying that the MOBO is at faulty then it likely is gone for good unless that is changed out for a new one.

Yes unfortuantely these and the screen repairs cost about half as the computer itself.

This is where you have to decide that you will either get the repair and stick with this for a while, or save up for another unit really. As even if you would do the repair yourself, the mobo part would still be expensive.

Let us know how you get on.

Re: R9 m375 graphic cart is missing from device manager -z51-70

So , z51 70 life was as long as guarantee time 😒

I found another advanced repair station , they told me that they can repair this , it seems that they have advanced tools , hope this works

My story : day one that I bought this laptop there was a screw inside laptop and it was suspended , and my LCD gone for a while and I just opened that back plastic cover a lit bit and shake my laptop until that screw throwed away and that's how I'm lose my guarantee for only two screws ...

Re: R9 m375 graphic cart is missing from device manager -z51-70

If it is hardware the part to be replaced is the motherboard there is not a module that has the m375 on it like larger more effective laptops. The only thing you can do is try drivers I recommend from AMD and Intel rather than Lenovo as lenovo's are rather out of date...

And at this point I would recommend replacing the laptop rather than repairing...
