I am experiencing the same problems with my just bought laptop and am wondering if you have found a solution to this problem as I cant find any webcam software available for z510 and it is very irritating ...

Hi all thanks for posting your concerns. Looking back at this case and I know a number of things have been tried and from drivers to sending to service. I'm not ruling out that this may be related to the camera but certainly something I'd like our teams to take a look. I was wondering if anyone could provide me a screen shot of the camera picture ans I'd like to push this through to our teams internally to see what can be done to rectify this issue.
Along with the screen shot I've requested could you PM(Private Message) me the following details below as well,

Thanks for posting Just wanted to give you an update that our teams are still looking into this issue and at the moment I'm awaiting further updates on the maater. Please bare with me for moment and I'll post back as soon as i can get further updates on the matter.

thanks for sending in your information, we really appreciate the support and coperation. As our teams are investigating this, would it be possible for you to go to the device manager and send me the hardware ids of the camera?
