Hi -- I'm wondering if anyone has a route to reacquire a product key for a copy of MS Office purchased with my Y40 laptop, years ago. My copy of Office suddenly started asking for a product key on startup this afternoon, and Microsoft product support is saying I need to get the product key from the point of purchase, which would be Lenovo.
I'm having surprising trouble finding a route to Lenovo Support in-company. Does anyone have suggestions or fixes for this?

Hi Charybdis! Welcome to our forums community. Unfortunately our sales team doesn't keep those information. The serial key of the is the sole responsibility of the end user once they have it. Regards
