I have an IdeaPad Y 530 in which the Tab key fell off. It was under warranty and when I contacted technical support, I was told the keyboard has to be replaced. Well, 3 weeks after the repair, the same Tab key is loose and is about to fall off. I called Technical Support and was told the keyboard was not realy replaced,only the Tab key. Not only that, but the repair is only guaranteed for 2 weeks! Is it true Lenovo will only guarantee it's repair work for 2 weeks? It's unbelievable!
