S/N on my lenovo Y 40-70 is not verified(no product found)!!!PLease help!!!!

Hello to everyone!

Im having problems with my laptop from the beginig... The disk was turning off after i was closing my chrome... i didnt remind till a new hardware(Controller) had come... i installed an soft for it and when i opened .exe file the hard disk is switching off and my lap lagging... Now iam trying to downloade from support.lenevo.com an drivers but when i press to indentify my lap its showing me that "they couldnt" wright your S/N i am wrighting and they say "there is no such product"... But in warranty there is shown my lap with his S/N!!!!!! I dont know what to do... ((( Please anyone help please to solve this situation about S/N! And if enyone one knows what to do with my HDD.
