Said no to a Lenovo update I meant to say yes to (HELP!)

I dont know what I did to trigger this, or if it was something Lenovo tried to do, but I was browsing a page and a window popped up, asking me to either allow or disallow an action. I said "Dont Allow" too hastily, and in the spit second it took for it to disapear, i noticed it was from Lenovo

i dont know if they tried to release some sort of update or what, but im running Vista on my y510. how do I go back to see what it is?

There cant be a "never again".....can there?
