Screen tearing

I'm not sure if this is the right word for it but parts of my screen start spazzing out. I have a lenovo y510p laptop. It's only 6 months old. I have unistalled and reinstalled my video cards. It happens on all applications as long as there are dark areas. I can be watching on windows media player, browsing a dark website, or playing a video game.

Here is what I mean: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1D4oC6pTlWM
