can anyone tell me the size of the screws (e.g. M2 * 3; m2 * 4; m2 * 5; m2 * 6; M2.5 * 3; M2.5 * 4; M2.5 * 5; M2.5 * 6; M2.5 * 8; m3 * 3) at the bottom of my Lenovo Ideapad Y510P?
Any advice, then, on where to find a protective silicone cover suitable for the keyboard of the same notebook?

The hardware manual shows on page 38:
M2.5 × 10 mm, flat-head, nylok-coated (9) Black 2.0 ~ 2.5 kgfcm
Silicone covers are not available officially from OEM as accessory but there seems a lot of third party resellers offering online like amazon, ebay etc . You may want to check out review of those who already got theirs as a helpful guide.
I hope this helps answer your query.

Hi MarquisPhoenix2 ,
Officially, it is PN 90202000 QIQY6 SCREW 2.5D 10L K5.5D ZK NL+CR3+(Y510p). It does have the same diameter and length declared on your link.
Alternatively, local computer repair shops may also have spares too for a cheaper price and likewise other prefer getting Y510p screw sets as another option.
