Shift key - problem with proportional scaling

Hello,

I have problems with proportional scaling in adobe software. Normally, if you press the shift key, a line becomes straight and not skew, a circle becomes perfect circle and nog an oval, and a rectangle becomes a perfect square.
Since one month this does not work anymore.
I have re-installed my adobe software (latest version and earlier ones), I have re-installad windows 10, I have asked the adobe forum and tried several suggestions. I have tried with extern keyboard. (other shift functions work fine).

I have a notebook Z50-70, model name 20354

Re: Shift key - problem with proportional scaling

Hello. It seems like many people have issues like you and it's because of the 2019 update. This surely seems a software problem with adobe Photoshop, and is not related to the laptop model. So I suggest you to give a try to the Adobe forums once more. Try this link for instance, and see if this works: https://forums.adobe.com/thread/2547494

Re: Shift key - problem with proportional scaling

Thanks for your reply.

Finaly I found the solution, when I changed settings in the keyboard: put 'sticky keys' off. And now my problem is solved.
