Hello, thank you guys in advance for your help, here is my problem.
I live in Latin America but I have some relatives who live in Canada, they are coming over to visit in a few months and I want to use that opportunity so they can buy me either a y500 or y510p Ideapad (not available on my country) and pay them here, they are doing all the buying online so they can use the deals Lenovo offers in their webpage (I've seen some nice configurations ranging between 849$ - 899$, they vary weekly). However it is of extreme importance that I can get any of those models with a Spanish keyboard, it is extremely annoying for people who have Spanish as their native language to use a keyboard that doesn't have the 'ñ' key. Is there anything they can do to get any of those systems with a Spanish keyboard? Say... Ask in the store or make a special order for it, even buying a Spanish keyboard separately (I need a backlit keyboard, it doesn't have to glow red, but it has to be in the laptop, not a separate device) so I can replace it here?
P.S.: sorry for my bad English
P.S2: Thanks again.
