Hey I am going through an issue with my headphone jack as well. My laptop is less than 6 months old. When I plug in the headphones the laptop recognizes that the headphones are plugged in yet there is no audio. I uninstalled the realtek driver and reinstalled it like one of the suggestions said. The first time it worked and now it's back to not working. I tried 2nd, 3rd, and 4th time but audio still doesn't play back.

Hi, I am not sure if this thread is still acitve. I had the same issue and I reinstalled the driver software and it was fine. But again same thing happened, so I reinstalled again. What I mean is this keeps happening frequently with my laptop. So is there any solution for this, or do I need to take this to technician.
