Re: Speaker/headphone/audio jack problem

I had a similar problem but this time with my two external speaker, I have an old model of bose speaker which I use everyday on my pc and works fine, but somehow when I plugged it on my laptop it says recognize but no sounds. I'm thinking because it was an old model or something to try it out I borrowed my friend doss speaker bluetooth and still doesn't work, but when I tried the bluetooth connectivity on my laptop it recognized, maybe it was a jack problem from the laptop? And I need to buy a jack to usb or whatever it was to make it work? It's a bit frustrating but I guess there's a work around.

Re: Speaker/headphone/audio jack problem

Hi,

For all those still wondering how to update drivers, here is a quick guide:

1. Navigate to Device Manager.

2. Right click on the device whose driver you want to update and choose Update Driver.

3. Choose Search automatically for updated driver software. This will automaticly search online for the correct driver and download and install it for you if there is one avaliable.

Hope this helps!
