Greetings, I have a y510p laptop with the default RealTek audio drivers set up. I've been having problems
with my headphone jack and it doesn't seem to automatically turn off the Speakers anymore when I plug the headphones in. It used to detect the headphones when I plugged them in but it doesn't seem to do that anymore, so I assume the problem is with the hardware. The headphones work fine though..
Is there any way to turn off the Speakers without losing sound in the headphones? I wouldn't mind having to do this manually (I rarely use the speakers).
So far I've tried installing the newest Drivers listed on this web page but with no success.
Thanks in advance.
