in the devicemanager there is just 1 thing in the sound tab

I had the same problem. I updated the drivers, still no luck. Any other approch for this? These mics were working properly a week ago, for the last few days I have been using headphones. After I pulled out the headphone they are no longer working.

I had the same issue, except I was fooling around in the sound mixer tray, and found that in one of my volumes, the microphone was disabled.

Thats what i had to do to solve this issue, too bad customer support wanted to grab my wallet to solve this issue even that I had warranty, but this issue was "required Premium Software Technician Support". Ahh hell no.

Did you try raising both volumes in the system tray. Fool around with both of those speakers. theres an option in the realtek for the microphone volume, make sure u raise that.
