I called-in to request Vista disks and I was very happy to discover that the tech spoke fluent English. Wes, who is evidently located in Canada, was very helpful and courteous. Lenovo management will be happy to hear that he diligently tried to up-sell me into a 2 year support plan. I told him that I had to decline because I was planning to upgrade the processor to a T9300 next year, the day after the warranty expires. I've got a price alert at Newegg to let me know when the CPU drops below $200 USD, lol.
Anyway, kudos to Lenovo for a great technical support experience!
