Touchpad and keyboard not working. Z50 70

My touchpad and keyboard stopped working after 8 months of normal use. I went to device manager to chech the drive i found the keyboard was an "Unknown device" with code 28 and the touchpad was with code 10. I tried and reinstalled the drivers didnt work and made a recovery also didnt work. I tried to use it in bios it worked perfectly bur when the os started it stopped. The numlock light is always on and all the FN+ keys work like the volume and screen brightness etc.. Now i am using wireless keyboard and mouse to use the laptop. Please help me and thank you.

Welcome to Lenovo Community Forums!

 

Can you try checking these settings

 

Control Panel / ease of Access / Change how your keyboard works.

Uncheck all the boxes and save the settings.
