Touchpad only works if I touch the lower left corner

If PalmCheck is enabled, the touchpad only works if I touch the lower left corner of the touchpad.  If it's disabled, the cursor is ridiculously jittery and tends to move to the left.

My touchpad isn't terribly useful at this point... and I only bought the laptop yesterday.  Other than this issue I really like it.

Hello ,

Can you please move the PalmCheck settings to minimum. Do let us know the result.

Re: Touchpad only works if I touch the lower left corner

hai..

usually its happening due to incompatible driver of touchpad with windown 10.

to fix this..

goto "device manager">> click on "mice and pointing devices" >>select "synaptics touchpad" >> rollback driver>> now it will become"ps/2 compatible mouse" >> check the manufacturer it will be microsoft..

restart your machine... check the touchpad works...? if yes uninstall the synaptics driver from control panel programs and features..

thats it... Smiley Happy
