Touchpad 's synaptics settings

Hello Lenove costume support:

 

I am having the same issue as the link discribed. 

https://forums.lenovo.com/t5/IdeaPad-Y-U-V-and-Z-series/Keyboard-and-touchpad-don-t-work-at-the-same...

 

Evern it gave out the solution, but I really can not find where the synaptics settings is .. I thought will be here, but I still can not fine the palm check :smileysad:

Thanks for posting and welcome to the community.

 

You're already on the right track just a few more steps. From the mouse properties you'll need to go an click on the "Device settings" tab. (See illustration below)

Then click on the "Settings" Button which is located next to the disable button. From there a new window will appear. (See illustration below.

On the right hand pane there will be a list of menu, click on potinting and the potions you'll need can be found there.
