I have now Lenovo Y50-70 with touch screen and Synaptics touchpad (Click Pad V1.1 on SMB Port). I had Elantech before and it was much better than Synaptics.
1st problem is long delay when I click two fingers for middle click (for example new tab or close tab in Firefox/Palemoon) , but in Internet explorer it faster. On Elantech I haven't got thid problem, clicking with two finger was fast as possible. Delay is maybe 500ms.
2nd problem which I have is, how to enable Edge scroll for one finger (on the right side) . I can't find nothing in registry. In Elantech this funtion works perfectly :-/ .
Thank you in advance, but I am using touchpad very often, so I need solve these two problems.

Thanks for getting back to us. Could you try to go the device manager and try to compare the version of touchpad driver from the latest version from our support website? Here is the link for the touchpad driver:https://pcsupport.lenovo.com/us/en/products/LAPTOPS-AND-NETBOOKS/LENOVO-Y-SERIES-LAPTOPS/Y50-70-TOUC... If you have the old version installed, try to download the latest touchpad driver.
About the Edge scroll, could you try these steps:
1. Press Windows key and go to Settings > Devices > Mouse and touchpad.
2. Under Mouse and Touchpad tab, click on Additional Mouse Options.
3. In the Mouse Properties window, click on Device Settings tab.
4. Under Devices label, select the Synaptics device (it will be highlighted in blue color, when you click on device name)
5. Now, click Settings.
6. Expand Scrolling >Two-finger-scrolling and uncheck all the boxes.
7. Click on Apply and OK.
Make sure you verify the settings for One-finger-scrolling as well.
Let us know how it goes.

Yes, I have the latest version of synaptics. But there is no expand options, it looks like this . On Windows 7 . So maybe I need older version?

This could've been due to the new changes of the recent driver version. Using an older version of driver is something worth to try. However, we no longer have that available from our site.

That could possibly work since we had cases before that we've tried using a driver from a different model for a certain issue, but that is something we haven't tested or try with this model for this kind of issue.

So I don't know where is the problem. Bad synaptics . Version for this laptop is strange and not have lots of features include edge scroll with one finger.
Maybe some missing egedit DWORD32 for activate this (Fn + F6 feature) ?

LOOOOL. I FIXED IT! I exported registry from Y500 Synaptics driver (HKEY_Current_User and HKEY_Local_Machine) , then installed original Y50-70 Synaptics driver, then remove all registry Synaptics and then imported Y500 registry.
Voala, Synaptics works perfectly again with FN + F6 and looks like normal Synaptics with all FEATURES (comapre with previous image where is more less features) :-) !
