@Psychomuffin, no it is not possible to upgrade your GPUs. One is soldered to the motherboard and the second is in the ultrabay. You could switch the ultrabay one but it won't run since both GPUs need to be the same in order to run in SLI mode. There is a hack out there to get a 755m to run with a 750 but it won't run any faster then your current configuration.

I might've have worded the last post poorly so I apologize for that, I'm not looking to upgrade my GPU, I'm only looking to add another so I can be able to run SLI, not upgrade my 750M to a 755M.
After searching around the internet, I also found this card, it's supposed to be more suited to the Y510p, which is the notebook I'm using. Should I use this card, or the one that was linked earlier?

Let me start with this, yes that is the correct card. Now that I have said that I will tell you that the card won't work. See my LONG 40 page post about the 750m cards not working with 510p laptops. Basically the card isn't detected and there is no patch or fix that will get it working. Sorry but you are stuck with a single 750m and you have Lenovo to blame.

Well what a load of **bleep**! Is Lenovo trying to still fix it. because I would assume that maybe an eventual patch might fix somethings.
Your guess is a good as mine. I know you can take a working ultrabay card from a factory SLI model and it will work in our laptops so there is something wrong with the ones they are selling seperately. I wouldn't hold your breath.

Call Lenovo support and complain. Ask to be elevated to level 2 support after they make you go through all the stupid steps (reset your laptop, return the card for a new one, etc etc). Tell them the only reason you wanted this laptop was for the SLI and now you can't get it. I bought a card and they couldn't get it working so I ended up getting my laptop replaced with a higher model with working SLI as a result.
The more people that complain the more chance this will get fixed.

That's what I plan on doing in the near future now.
What's confusing me is this, while there website only lists one of the 750M5's, yet after searching on Amazon, I've found two different models, both are licensed by lenovo, yet one of them is sold by Klick Online.
The question that seems to poke at me is that is there a difference between them? For all we may know the one sold by Klick could actually work.
If what I'm saying may have already been shot down sometime earlier then I apologize, at this point I'm just pissed at Lenovo.
