Hi, Lenovo. My lenovo y510p bought in Malaysia is spoilt. I send to service center in Russia. Their representative accept my computer but the lenovo service center in Russia said that my computer is not cover in their service. They say it only can be repair in Malaysia. Please help me call or facebook message or email them. Tell LENOVO RUSSIA that first year warranty is international. My serial number is : YB********. I hope you will really help me, sincerely. I need my laptop ! I just bought it, use not more than 4 months, then this problem happened. I do not want to wait until I go back to Malaysia to repair it, which is 6 months more. Please help me. I have explain everything that I have 2 year warranty, 1st year is INTERNATIONAL, and second year is local, I just bought it 4 months !! They just seems don't understand or dun want to repair it. Please, LENOVO, I really need your help.
