I purchased a Y450 last month, and over the weekend I got a shipment notification email, which had 2 attachments that appear to be for the warranties that will cover my new laptop.
When I ordered the laptop, I purchased product 45J8001, which is 1 year onsite IdeaPad service with accidental damage protection
The 2 attachments appear to be for different products: 1P45J8066 and 1P45J8065. The first one 45J8066 is titled Service Contract – Lenovo Damage Protection Services, and says in the second paragraph "This Service is not available for consumer purchase in Florida." which is where I am located.
I contacted Lenovo Sales, and the person I spoke to informed me that I purchased 45J8066, which does not mention anything about not being available to me. Can someone help me sort this out? If I am not eligible for the extended/enhanced warranty, that's fine, I just can't seem to figure out if the documents I got are actually applicable to my situation.
