Warranty Status Lookup

Hi there,

I want to check the warranty status of my new y450. However as I enter this address:

http://consumersupport.lenovo.com/en/warranty/warranty.html

When I filled in Country/Region, and serial number and click 'search' -------  the page just shows rubbish...

I don't know why it is like this. Anyone can help?

Thank you in advance.

Re: Warranty Status Lookup

Hi,

To check the warranty status of your Lenovo product, please  perform the following steps:
1.  Go to the following URL:
     http://consumersupport.lenovo.com/en/warranty/warranty.html

2. Choose or pull down Country/Region list. As your case, choose Singapore.

3.  Key in machine's serial number. How to find your serial numberthe serial number is a combination of 10 letters and numbers.

 3.  Click on 'Search' button. This will bring you to the warranty status page for your Lenovo product.

Re: Warranty Status Lookup

Hi, I did exactly the same as you said,  but after I click 'search', the following code appears:

"

<!-- Web.Config 配置文件 -->

<configuration>
    <system.web>
        <customErrors mode="Off"/>
    </system.web>
</configuration>

<!-- Web.Config 配置文件 -->

<configuration>
    <system.web>
        <customErrors mode="RemoteOnly" defaultRedirect="mycustompage.htm"/>
    </system.web>
</configuration>

"

Please advise on why it is so. Thank you.
