Warranty Upgrade - Y410 Series

Hi,

 This is Palanirajan. I have purchased a Laptop(Y410 Series) from Singapore with extended warranty(2 YRS) and with international warranty. I have checked and confirmed with Lenovo service center(India), that my extended warranty is not updated in your database and I have send the warranty upgrade service application form(Soft copy) to your customer care mail id(eservice@lenovowarranty.co.in).


   I have problem in my CD drive. Here are the serial number and details

While there are a few Lenovo employees roaming around in here helping out on a volunteer basis, this is not an official support channel with dedicated Lenovo support personnel assigned to it. Instead, this is designed to be a user-to-user support and discussion forum. You may or may not get an answer directly from one of the Lenovo employees as there are way more of us than them and all of them, even Mark, have full-time jobs doing other things.  You'll need to call support for this issue.
