I can't fine one anywhere. Google turns up lots of dodgy sites from Hong kong..
The lenovo website lists NOTHING for z710 spares/accessories/batteries. It's rediculous!
I have got the part numbers from the manual, but again every search turns up some dodgy sites selling fakes.

Good day and welcome to the community.
Sorry for your frustration.
Do any of the resources listed here: http://support.lenovo.com/en_US/research/hints-or-tips/detail.page?LegacyDocID=MIGR-50278 help you?

Hi, firstly thanks for reply, but unfortunatly nothing on that link helps. I have just searched and poked my way through all of the resources on that link. It seems like the z710 is occasionally listed and has some software downloads but spare parts, namely a battery don't actually exist. I've never know anything quite like it for a relatively new product from a large enterprise company!

Sorry the info you're after wasn't available from those resources.
I would suggest that you try calling the warranty service number in your area and see if they can provide direction (phone, web, etc) on where to try.

I have EXACTLY the same issue as you.
I have a Lenovo IdeaPad Z50-70 machine. I do NOT want some cheap Chinese knock-off - I want an ORIGINAL lenovo part.
Yet... can I find one... ANYWHERE??? NO - not a hope - some white version of L12M4E01 from Germany, but no hope of a black one.
Like you, I just don't have time for this rubbish. Where can I buy a genuine OEM part?
