Last night, all 3 of the USB ports on my laptop were workking just fine. I open my laptop today and I find out that one of them randomly stopped working. I don't know if this is relevant, but I had a wireless mouse USB dongle connected in that port last night, and when I was putting everything away to go to bed, I put my laptop in a bag and slide it down a socket, landing a little hard on the side where the dongle was connected. Please help!!
