Winload.efi error

2016-03-25, 15:31 PM

I've installed earsus partition manager on my brand new lenovo z40-70

Made some changes on the partitions and clicked apply to restart the computer and do the regular process for partitioning

It didn't go as always and gave me that screen

Recovery

Your PC/Device needs to be repaired

A required device is not connected or  can't accessed

Error 0x000025

And it tells me about some file called Winload.efi

And i don't have a recovary CD or USB storage

What do i do?

You have the following options:

1. Call Lenovo and inquire about their OKR disc sets for the unit (if there are any).

2. Call Lenovo for a possible sending of the unit to Lenovo for restoration of the os to factory condition.

3. Replace the OS yourself by downloading the media creation tool which you will use to download a copy of the OS installer. Note: You can't restore the OKR feature yourself.
