As the title states, I'm having a few problems with bluetooth recently; my laptop is not able to detect any discoverable bluetooth devices (in this case I'm trying to pair my bluetooth headphones to my laptop). Whenever I try to add a bluetooth device in the settings menu and press on Bluetooth, the Add a Device prompt comes up and is just completely empty. Nothing shows up on the window. I re-tested with another set of bluetooth headphones and the laptop also cannot detect it. I have confirmed that the 2 headphones do indeed work, as I can pair them to my HP laptop and phone. I am running Windows 10
I tried these methods before coming here:
1. Stopping and starting the bluetooth support service in Services.msc
2. Uninstalling and reinstalling the Qualcomm Atheros Bluetooth 4.1 Adapter
3. Changing the CurrentVersion value from 6.3 to 6.2 in Regedit, then restarting
4. Troubleshooting Hardware and Firmware and Bluetooth.
Also, I can't find the bluetooth option that enables "Allow bluetooth devices to connect to this PC" in More Bluetooth Options.
Thanks in advance for the help!

Nice to have you here!
Sorry for the delayed response, just joined here recently and noticed your post.
You can follow the steps on this link for you to connect devices on the Y50-70 laptop through Bluetooth.
One of the steps that was given on the link is to check if the driver is disabled.
You can also use this link to update your Bluetooth driver to its latest version should the steps above won't get the job done.
Update us on how it will go through.
