Ok, so, far as I can tell, the big "Contact Us" links on the Lenovo homepage don't actually lead to any way to contact them without a telephone, so, here I am.
I've been struggling for a month now to get the Bluetooth connection on my Y40 to work properly; it tends to function reasonably well for a few hours at a time, then the mouse I have connected to it 'hiccups' and disconnects temporarily. Not a big deal, it takes a second or two and then reconnects. However, every day or so, the Bluetooth connection disappears from my machine, and is replaced in the Device Manager with an unknown device, reporting an "Error 43," and telling me that the device description service failed or somesuch (I don't have the error in front of me right now, fortunately.) Driver updates and reinstalls don't fix it, rebooting doesn't help, but running a registry cleaner and -then- reinstalling the drivers seems to get it up and running... for a day or two.
Anybody have any ideas for fixing it? Or failing that, for contacting Lenovo?
