Ever since a Windows update took place last night, my keyboard and trackpad won't work. I've tried a system reboot using the recovery key, and tried to perform a Lenovo system update but nothing has worked. I tried to update the BIOS on the Lenovo support site but there is no option for Windows 10, only Windows 8.1, as you can see here:
If anyone has anything else for me to try I'd really appreciate it.

Hi, welcome to the forum.
Can you check if Windows Device Manager recognize that you have attached a keyboard and trackpad? If you find those, open device and check which drivers does it lists on both. (You can post some screenshot). If you are using a external mouse and keyboard, check that it does not get confused with the other ones.
