When I am at the website and navigate to the scan and fix diagnostic; it fails to do so.
Surely it is supposed to automatically run the diagnostic scan to determine what, if any updates, devices etc. require to be repaired?
I have not been able to get the camera to work at all; but supposedly the best driver software for the camera is installed. Plus even after making requests and "googling" all over the place, I cannot find any links to the "veriface" software that was originally provided with this laptop.
I know from my past experiences with a T400 that when I ran the Lenovo Service Centre, that is what it did, but each time I have ran it on the Y410 it very quickly says there are no applicable updates.
So how am I supposed to determine which Base System Devices are not installed properly, if I don't know what they could be; and online diagnostic checks fail to run?
