Y460p / Y560p - No audio output from built-in loudspeaker.

Question

After removing the earphone from the jack, the built-in speaker does not have sound. Sound driver is Realtek High Definition Audio version 6.0.1.6220.

Answer

Upgrade Realtek High Definition Audio version to a later version of 6.0.1.6220.
