Y50 Notebook: Webcam, other person unable to see my video, but I can see it in my other apps

Hi team,

I am facing problem with my webcam in lenovo y50 ,in my lappy camera is turned on but in video call it is not showing my image.i can see other person video ,but the other person is unable to see my video

This means that your camera isn't working.
When you turn on the camera, does the LED beside the camera is work?
If yes,This means that your camera hardware is broken.
If no,
1.please check your camera switch
2.check your camera driver is the latest

But in camera application and video application I can see my image but in video calls I can't see my image .

Sounds like the camera works, but the web video conference app is not.  Have you tried deleting it and reinstalling?

You can change a web camera app to check again, which may be caused by the third-party tool, such as qq and skype.
