Y500-Stuck on Windows lock screen. No Wi-Fi/Ethernet cable detected.

My Lenovo ideapad y500, model name: 20193 is stuck on the Windows lock screen. No Wi-Fi connection is detected. Ethernet cable connection also doesn't help. Contacted Microsoft and they asked me to contact Lenovo for help. I use my Microsoft account(gmail ID) to sign in. I also changed my password and I'm able to login from a different PC but not my laptop. Serial no. xxxxxxxxxxxx'
