I have tried changing the (Timeout Detection and Recovery of GPU) made it even worse! The interesting thing is when i remove the power supply and run the pc on battery the pc runs normal without any errors. i have tried most of things i have search about this problem non of them work. i have asked some specialist at nvidia they asked for my “msinfo32” (system configuration) file and graphics card information and they said the was nothing wrong with the graphic card

When you switch to battery power, the GPU will run at a lower speed. If your GPU is stable at a low speed but causes driver crashes at its normal speed, that is usually a sign that your GPU is failing. I am assuming that you have tried recent drivers from the Nvidia website. I am using version 340.52 without any problems.
Try running the GPU-Z program from TechPowerUp. The sensors tab will show you the MHz your GPU is running at.
