I recently did a scan on my Lenovo Y510p with Lenovo Solution Center and it found some critical damage and it gave me a code to give them when i contacted them, however i cant seem to find an email to contact them. What do i do?

Likewise, use your serial number here to check if email support option is available for your region and model.
Seems that the those detected errors are with the Intel Centrino WLAN card.
You can try to run individual diagnostics to verify if there is an issue and likewise updating the drivers for the wireless card can also help if needed.
