Well... my experience goes like this...
Bought a laptop in August and on the very first run I noticed that the DVD drive had issues with ejecting.
Felt a little let down but the customer service rep assured me that the drive would be replaced and I should be all set.. also since I had purchased the at home warranty upgarde, they sent an engineer over to my place... all good.. well.. NO.. he came in with a wrong part and the issue wasn't fixed.
Now comes the good part... they don't do anything till today ( I called a couple of times to remind them but .....)
... its december... and now they are sending a box to send the laptop to depot...
My questions... Why did I buy the at home warranty if it doesn't mean anything?
Is there anyone who can help me with this?
As per the rep all would be fixed in 5 business days... huh.. srry but after all this I am not sure if I trust that...
I would greatful.. if someone can help sort this mess.. I didn't expect this from Lenovo
