There are 2 new drivers update for intel onboard graphic, one for KL2B owner and another one for KL2/3 owner. I don't know what KL2B or KL2/3 mean. which one should I install?

To determine motherboard model number if its KL2/3 or KL2B,
can download CPU-Z to determine.
Under the Mainboard Tab.

I recently bought y560 06462EU i7-720QM w/o the switch graphics and I was wondering if I should upgrade my graphic card? If so, from ati website or from lenovo website? My current version for 5730 is 8.702.5.0 and the driver date was from 2010/05/05. I installed 10.8 before and it gave me BSOD and I had to revert back.
Also, aside from the graphic card, is there any driver updates or BIOS from lenovo that I should get? Just wanted to make sure I do this safe.

check your bios version and graphic card drivers version from official download page.
i suggest you not to upgrade ( at least now ) graphic card adapter drivers if you don't have any issue with your graphic card cause blue screen error.
before that, i suggest you to check these pages :
ps: graphic card drivers are up to date.

Thank you for the help. How do I check my BIOS version? And other then not updating the graphic card, do you suggest that I should update everything else?

Okay, so my SMBIOS version is 2.6 and BIOS version/date is 30CN56WW 2010/05/18. And there are two bios update in lenovo site, they both are the same, right?
I decided not to update my graphic card yet, should a guy who just bought a y560 be updating "everything else" from the lenovo site? Is that what everyone is doing?

you can update your bios ( 30cn59ww )
flash updates are the same but they are for different bit of windows. you have to download and flash the right one.
check your windows version and bit by right clicking my computer > properties. ( 32 or 64 bit )
as it reported, some of users had bluescreen issue after upgrading. you may have or not. it's up to you to update drivers.
