Y580 Audio not working

Hi, on my month old Y580 the audio will not work at all. It tells me that "Bluetooth Hands-Fee Audio has a driver problem." and when it tries to fix it (by installing it I assume) it doesn't solve it. It also says "Check Audio Device" witha warning symbol. The error message is below, thanks!


"Windows cannot load the device driver for this hardware. The driver may be corrupted or missing. (Code 39)

{Unable to Load Device Driver}
%hs device driver could not be loaded.
Error Status was 0x%x"

Let me know first are you sure that you are using the correct and applicable driver for sound card according to the card model , if yes you will need to make a system restore the latest restore point then try to install the driver one more time
