Recently (7.oct.2013) my OS (win7) felt down so I tried to use, for first time, OKR, it didn't worked. So I called support and they send courier to deliver my notebook to service center. After "few" days (17.oct.2013) they refused it because of damaged cover.So here is question how does cover affecting reinstalling of OS. And I am pretty sure that when I was packing it wasn't damaged. So here is the next question what if that happened during transport?
They also told me that they will repair it for cca 185,47 €..
warranty is valid until 2014-07-15
