Does anybody know?
Cheers.

hi reiyu,
Thanks for posting and welcome to the community ,
To enable UEFI boot there is an option in the BIOS. What you'll need to do upon boothing up ur machine, Hit the F2 button and once in the BIOS, go to the the BOOT menu and from there you will the option to enable or disable the UEFI.
hope this helps.

I found that, and when I hit F12 to go to the boot menu, I don't see the option to do a UEFI install.

Hi reiyu,m
Thanks for updating. Just a quick check here, which version of the windows are you trying to install?
From my past experience when I inserted the windows Home Premium Retail version CD, then boot my machine and hit F12 I did get the Option for UEFI or Legacy boot. However when I tried to install the Ultimate version of Windows, I was not given the option. After discussing with some techs, they mentioned that the Ultimate version I had was not configure with the UEFI boot where else the Home Premium I had bought did.
I not sure if this info helps But would like to know which of the windows your installing and did you download the Win7 or Purchased it retail.
Regards

I installed Win8 with UEFI boot quite easily. I guess it works with Win7 as well (not sure though)
1. Find/Create an ISO image of your windows installation
2. "Burn" the ISO to a USB disk (Microsoft windows usb/dvd tool or any other tool that you prefer)
3. Copy the contents of the USB disk somewhere in your computer
4. Format the USB disk in FAT32 format
5. Transfer the files back to the USB disk
6. Shut down your computer
7. Plug in your stick, power up, enter boot menu, boot from UEFI stick
Good luck
